Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

Refund

Because of the nature of business, each garment order being custom, made especially for you, accommodations for refunds are made for items that arrive faulty or defective only. Please check all available size charts and product details before ordering.

Return and Exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Rahshoul.com requires your packing slip for receipt/proof of purchase, and clear photos taken of the defective garment for the process of inspection.

Please do not send your purchase back to the address on your package.

After inspection you’ll be notified by email of your approval or refusal which will be automatically applied within an estimate of 5 days or more depending on the method of return.

Rahshoul.com accepts immediate claims for defective items. Submit your garment claim no more than 5 days after the estimated delivery date. Use the contact form here.

Unlocated Package

Always store all tracking confirmation #’s to resolve lost packages in transit. Rahshoul.com is not yet able to assist you with filing claims with your shipping carrier in the rare event of an unlocated package.
